Studio apartment in the Latin Quarter
Little calm street situated between rue de l'Epée de Bois and rue de l'Arbalete.

World famous live district, the Quartier Latin shows number of important points of interest such as the Cluny Museum, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne University, the Botanical Garden, and also two traditional well known open air markets. In a few steps is the one called Mouffetard, providing all French specialties such as fresh baguettes and pastries, unique cheeses, seafood, choice fruits, and vegetables. All around there are selected restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and other convenience stores.

Overlooking the calm street, this pleasing 21m2 studio is northeast exposed, located on the 3rd French floor of a 19th century walk up building equipped with a security system. All white painted, it has a wood like plastic floor, 2.65m high ceiling, and curtains dressing up the two windows.

Straight after the main door the little hall encloses a chest of drawers and a short wall mounted clothes rail. The living room and open kitchen are placed to right side, and the bathroom faces the main door.

Fitted out with a 140cm wide double sofa bed, a small chest of drawers, a TV with DVD player set down on a stand on casters, and bookshelves, the 14m2 living room also has a decorative fireplace on which lays the stereo, and a closet.

Open to the living room the kitchen space is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven, a fridge, a combo washing-drying machine, a stainless steel sink, and utensils put away on the wall shelves.

In the bathroom there is a shower cabin screened by glass doors, a washbasin with a mirror medicine cabinet above and cabinet below, and an electric toilet.

The closest metro station is Censier Daubenton (line 7)
