Description - Paris Furnished Apartment (PA-2475) See this page in   Français   Deutsch   Español   Italiano
One bedroom apartment in the Canal Saint Martin area
Situated between Quai de Valmy and rue Pierre Dupont.

A delightful site, the Saint Martin channel is bordered by trees, all along dotted with locks and little bridges, becoming one of Parisians' favorite areas to live. Started under Napoleon 1st, finished in 1825, it was Louis XIV who first imagined this gorgeous channel, remaining one of the most idyllic Parisian landscapes. Promises of enjoyment are the cycle tracks From Bastille to the Villette district. Sainte Marthe place is still a precious, unique spot of this neighbourhood to be captured with its cafes and appetizing restaurants. It also neighbors the Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord railroad stations. High speed trains to London and Belgium start from this last one.
For instance, in about ten minutes distance by metro is the Louvre Museum, and the Seine River. Nearby, the République Place offers a large option of restaurants, cafés, and diverse sorts of shops.

However atypical in its layout as its main access is through the smart kitchen, this bright 38m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of an early 20th century walk up building equipped with a security system and an intercom. It has white walls a nice parquet floor in the living room and bedroom, nice tiles in the kitchen and bathroom spaces, 2.64m high ceilings, and northeast exposed double glazing windows looking out on the carefully laid out and paved courtyard garden. A WI-FI Internet connection is available.

Following is the pleasing 15m2 living room fitted out with an oval frosted glass top dining table with four chairs, low cabinets, a stereo, a floor lamp, and a window. There soon will be a 140cm wide double sofa bed.

Very calm, the 14m2 bedroom is furnished with a 140cm wide double bed, a bed head' lamp, a wardrobe, an ethnical seat, a wall painting, a floor lamp, and a window ornate with curtains.

Next to the main door, the open kitchen is equipped with four gas burners, a traditional electric oven, a hood with exhaust fan, a fridge with freezer compartment, square double white ceramic sinks, and utensils stowed away in wall shelves and under the sink.

Wooden panels cover the walls in the bathroom, which encloses a bathtub with detachable showerhead, a round design washbasin, a washing machine, toilet, and a window.

A telephone, a cable TV with international channels, a chest of drawers, and curtains should be soon installed.

The closest metro stations are Louis Blanc (lines 7 and 7b) and Chateau Landon (line 7).
