A one bedroom apartment close to the Eiffel Tower

This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Avenue Raymond Poincaré between Place Victor Hugo and Rue Saint Didier.
This apartment is located in an elite district. The majestic Arc de Triomphe and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees are just a few minutes away. So is the Eiffel Tower, which on one side faces the splendid Champ de Mars and the beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River the Trocadero Place with the Palais de Chaillot. The neighborhood features numerous fashion shops and many traditional and sophisticated restaurants and cafes on Place Victor Hugo. It is also very close to a supermarket, as well as the St. Didier market.
Premises:
This 72m² (approx 775 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the second (third in the USA) floor of a 1901 Haussmannien walk up building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall, with a concierge, leading to a courtyard. Then a second gate also protected by a coded system opens into another hall with the staircase.
The entrance door opens into a small entrance and then the living room.
The 41m² (approx 441 sq ft) living room has three windows with a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa, two poufs, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a stereo, a cable TV, a DVD player and some shelves.
The separate kitchen has three windows and is equipped with four induction plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a small bar with a stool.
The 15m² (approx 161 sq ft) bedroom has a window with a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, two bedside tables, a desk with a computer, a closet, a stereo and a fireplace.
Above the living room, there is a 7m² mezzanine with a double size bed and a stereo.
The bathroom has a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack, a toilet and a washing machine.
There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Heat and hot water are both collective.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Victor Hugo (line 2) and Boissière (line 6).
