This furnished studio apartment is situated in the Les Halles area on a pedestrian street (Rue Tiquetonne) between Rue Dussoubs and Rue Saint Denis in Paris. This is a lively neighborhood that features the Montorgueil market and a great choice of restaurants and cafes. Many Parisian tourist points of interest, including the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg), the Seine river and its famous islands (Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis), the Louvre, and City Hall, are in a short walking distance of this accommodation.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx. 269 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the third floor of a 17th-century walk-up building.
The entrance gate features an intercom, and the digital key provides access to the staircase landing.
The entrance door opens into a hallway that has built-in closets, and leads to the main room and the open kitchen. The separate bathroom is accessible via the main room.
The 19m² (approx. 205 sq. ft.) main room is divided into three different areas:
The living room area has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a modern armchair, a wall-mounted flatscreen television, a DVD-player, and a stereo.
The dining room area has a window with northern exposure overlooking the street, is furnished with a small dining table and chairs, and leads to the open kitchen.
The bedroom area has a double-size bed.
The open kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, two vitro ceramic plates with a cooker hood, a coffee-maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a combination oven/microwave.
The separate bathroom has a shower topped with a shower head, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Etienne Marcel (line 4) and Châtelet Les Halles (Lines 1,4,7,14, RER A,B,D).
