This third floor furnished London apartment is located off Campden Hill Road in Kensington. Well positioned on the top of Campden Hill and not overlooking any busy road, the flat enjoys tranquil, sunny, westerly views towards the grounds of Holland Park School and Holland Park itself.

The flat is in a modern development with elevator and close to both Kensington High Street and Notting Hill Gate.

The two bedroom rental apartment is approximately 84 m2 (905 sq ft) and comprises living room, kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom, shower room, and hallway. The living room is furnished with armchairs, coffee table, SKY TV including sports package, DVD, stereo amplifier and speakers, wireless broadband internet (WIFI). There is a dining table with seating for up to 4. There is also a workstation for your laptop with hard wired access to the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped equipped with up to date electric oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. The first bedroom is furnished with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, wall mounted shower, washbasin, and WC and shaver point. Bedroom #2 can have a single bed, twin beds or king size bed depending upon tenant requirements. The shower room has shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, and closet with washer dryer.

Located on the third floor of this portered block the furnished London apartment also has a west facing balcony with table and two chairs. Secure covered parking for one car is available on request.

The nearest underground stations to this two bedroom rental are High Street Kensington or Notting Hill Gate. Holland Park and Kensington Gardens are nearby. The new Westfield Shopping Mall and Oxford Street are both less than 30 minutes away by underground or bus.

really lovely apartment with everything we needed - very comfortable to come home to each day. Great location, close to tube and eateries. Hoping we can return.
