This studio apartment is available for rent in the Union Square neighborhood of Manhattan! You will find it on the 10th floor (equivalent to the 9th floor in Europe) of a doorman building located on 4th Avenue and East 14th Street. This rental is surrounded by several buildings of New York University's campus, and the Parson's School of Design at The New School is only three blocks away! Additionally, transportation to the rest of NYC will be no problem as this rental is less than 300 feet (around 90 meters) from the 14th Street - Union Square subway station, where you can board the 4, 5, 6, L, Q, and R trains!
