The apartment is on the 4th floor of a 6-story pre-war apartment building with an elevator. There is a buzzer/intercom system for guest entry, and the convenience of on-site laundry facilities in the basement. Enjoy the building's private courtyard, shared amongst the tenants.
This fully furnished room for rent (Bedroom 1) features high ceilings, wood floors, and two windows to allow in sunlight. There is air conditioning and wireless Internet access. The room is furnished with a double size bed and a matching set of end tables and a dresser for storage. The apartment was fantastic, the room was extremely large. I got along just fine with the lady, who was my roommate, even though we hardly got to see each other, since she works a lot and I spent a lot of my time at the university or in Manhattan. There's really nothing that needs improvement, I was very satisfied with the apartment. |

At the beginning, Charlotte J. was working a lot which meant we didn't see each other very often. But still, the day after I arrived, she took the time to give me a tour of the neighborhood to show me where the subway, the supermarket etc were |
