I had a really good time in this apartment with Shawn who is an excellent host. The room is very pleasant, the kitchen and bathroom always clean. The organization is remarkable. |

Very much enjoyed my stay there. It is conveniently located to get fast to downtown Manhattan (about 20-25 Minutes to columbus circle with the A train from 168th St. station). |

The main tenant is now a very good friend of mine -- after just 9 months, that is saying something! He and I hit it off from the start: common standards, interests, etc. The building and location are what they are. |

Thanks, Nicholas! You were a terrific housemate and a pleasure to have around, and I'm very delighted to have played a part in your stay in New York. Your description of the location is very accurate. |

I had a nice stay in this apartment, there was everything I needed. At first sight it looked far away from downtown, but you can get the A express subway at the 168th Street station (just a few minutes walking from the apartment) and be in less than 30 minutes Downtown. Also if the neighborhood is not wonderful, it's not a problem. |

I'm very happy that the building-related issues that we were plagued with all summer long, from the malfunctioning elevator to the front-door problems, didn't completely dampen your experience here, as you were a terrific roommate Guillaume! |
