Three times I found a mouse including in MY ROOM plus the add states that there is internet when in fact THERE IS NOT. That is false publicity and it is wrong. Please write down when wifi is not available. The family of this apartment is lovely however I was disappointed with the place itself and the lack of internet which was actually an important issue in choosing where to live.

My apologies in knowing that you discovered a mouse in your room/apartment, I only wish that you had told me this during one of our several conversations. instead when asked how things were you said good. It wasn't until the last day of your stay that you mentioned you saw a mouse. The apartment has since been exterminated and the exterminator will be coming every two months for maintenance control.

As far as the WiFi is concerned again!! you never mentioned this during our several conversations. Apparently, the service provider was switched from optimum to Verizon, and Verizon was having difficulties with their technicians, which caused a delay in connecting service. Verizon is now fully connected and the tenants have access to the WiFi. Moving forward we take all our guests concerns/issues seriously and would like you to know that we have investgated these issues and resolved them . We Thank you for your comments and wish you well.
