This modernly furnished two bedroom apartment share/room to rent sits on Riverside Drive and 101st Street, on the 3rd floor (considered 2nd in Europe) of a five-story walk-up prewar building. For your convenience, a shared laundry facility is available on premises. A buzzer/intercom system is also in place.
