The owner was very kind, discreet and helpful. The bedroom is separated from the living rooms, allowing for more privacy. Besides, the apartment is ideally located, bright and quiet. Decoration is charming. However, I think the rent was too high for the service offered: the bedroom is very small, there are not enough kitchenware and not an actual table, and you cannot really spend time in the living room (as it communicates with the owner's bedroom and it is the place where her smelly dog lives). I think it would be perfect for a student with a low budget, as it is a pleasant apartment though. But the owner must lower the rent.

The living room space is available for use if the roommate is comfortable with dogs. Otherwise, there is an eat in kitchen with a table for two people and pots, pans and silverware for use by all roommates. Also, my dog has his own dog walker and is taken care not to bark too much however, he does bark when he hears noises. Also, I supply towels, and sheets and other bedding for overnight guests in the spare bedroom. However, the location of the apartment is the best thing about it and I am seeking someone who is busy and would love to live in the neighborhood.
thanks so much, Kimberly

A New York Habitat agent visited the apartment in January 2012, after this rental was complete, and took new photographs. These photographs have now been added to this apartment's listing.
