Apartment Share Rental: 3 months
The location and room were both great and perfect for staying for a few months.. Outside of that, the main living area had a lingering sour or musty smell on most days. Horizontal surfaces (floor, counters, etc.) were clean, but drawers and cabinets were dirty and greasy, even on the inside. I recommend visiting before booking to get a proper feel for the space and to meet potential roommates.

Thank you for taking the time with the survey. I must say that your response took me off guard since you never one day voiced your concerns. In regards to the cleanliness, the kitchen and common are is shared, and it with cleaned by my staff every two weeks. Whatever happens between that time, I would not know unless you voiced your concerns. In the future, to make your stay more pleasant, it may behoove you to communicate your concerns instead of waiting until you leave.
