Situated between Carrefour de l'Odéon and Boulevard Saint Michel.

Set in one of the most attractive and historic areas of the Left Bank, the world famous Saint Germain des Près, in a short distance are the selected open-air market of the rue Buci, the famous Cafés "Deux Magots" and "Café de Flore", both having been the favorite haunts of existentialists and expatriated American literate back in the day.

It is also in a few steps of the splendid Luxembourg Garden. There are all sorts of selected shops and conveniences in the area.

Pleasing 17m2 studio tastefully decorated in warm orange and yellow tones, having white walls, a parquet floor, and 2.60m high ceilings. West exposed and facing the street, it is located on the 3rd floor of a 19th century walk-up building equipped with a security system.

A full-length wall mirror decked out with an artistic frame is placed just after the little hall where there are a few shelves, and beside the open kitchen area, which faces the main door.

Following, to the left side the 14m2 living room is fitted out with night tables and lamps on both sides of the 140cm wide double bed, a recessed closet, a little steel round table and two comfortable chairs, a wall painting, a telephone, and a double-glazing window ornate with curtains. A cable TV with international channels and a DVD player are to be installed, as well as an unlimited Internet cable connection.

The open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a round white sink, and utensils put away in the cupboards.

Just behind the kitchen is the bathroom enclosing a built in tiled shower cabin, a similar but smaller artistic framed mirror above the washbasin, and a cabinet.

Toilet is separate.

The closest metro stations are Odéon (lines 4 and 10), Mabillon, and Cluny la Sorbonne (line 10).
