This prewar walk-up building features a courtyard and security system. The 14 sq. m. studio apartment features northern and eastern exposures, decorative fireplace, and internet.

The main area is furnished with a decorative fireplace, dining/working table seating one person, single-sized bed, and a double-sized mattress in the corner under the lowest part of the inclined roof. There is also a wardrobe for storage of personal belongings. Sheets are provided.

The open kitchenette is equipped with one electric burner, microwave, and small fridge. Utensils and cooking supplies are also provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and w/c. Towels are provided.

This studio apartment is located on Rue de Fleurus between Rue Guynemer & Notre Dame des Champs in the 6th St. Germain - Luxembourg - St. Michel in Paris. The Montparnasse area, with all sorts of shops, restaurants, bars, and cinemas, is nearby. Across the Jardin du Luxembourg is the Latin Quarter with the famous Boulevard Saint Michel and the Pantheon, which is the final resting place of Voltaire, Jean Jacques Rousseau, and Victor Hugo.

The nearest metros are Notre Dame des Champs (line 12), St Placide (line 4) or the RER B - Port Royal and Luxembourg.
