Exclusive little and calm street of the very demanded Saint Germain des Près area, Parisian core of the latest and most chic fashion shops. One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River’s Left Bank, here also are number of selected restaurants and historic cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American literate back in the day. Just beside the new Marché Saint Germain (Fashion Market), a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere and open-air market.

Very calm 23m2 charming nest, this studio is located on the 1st floor of an 18th century walk-up building equipped with a security system, WiFi internet, and a full time caretaker. Bright in the morning due to its southeast exposure, it features white walls, a nice herringbone patterned parquet floor, and 2.80m high ceiling. Pleasant red curtains garnish the window looking out over the courtyard and next building’s wall and windows.

Enclosing an antique grandfather’s clock and a ceiling built in cabinet a hall is placed straight after the main door. To its very left side is the bathroom, then, the living room, and finally, in front of the main door, the kitchen.

The graceful decoration of the 16m2 living room consists on a round dining table, an antique closet, two contemporary armchairs and two straw bottomed chairs, a 1.40cm wide double bed, and a TV standing on a wall mounted shelf.

In the separated handy kitchen there are two electric burners, a small fridge, a cupboard below the stainless steel sink, shelves on which are put away the utensils, and a window.

White painted with a yellow tiled spot above the white ceramic washbasin, the bathroom is also fitted out with a tiled shower cabin screened by a plastic curtain, and toilet.

The closest metro stations are Mabillon (line 10), and Saint Germain des Près (line 4).
