Bordering the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this studette apartment is situated in the Quartier Latin, one of the most youthful areas of Paris. It is located on Rue Guynemer between rue Fleurus and rue dÁssas, on the 5th and last floor (6th floor for Americans) of a beautiful, Haussmannian-style building located in the 6th arrondissement.

The main room of the studio apartment has a double-glazed window overlooking the street with a western exposure, allowing for bright light to shine into the apartment. The studio is furnished with a single-size sofa bed, a coffee table, and a chest of drawers.
