Nice studio in Les Halles area

This studio flat is situated between between rue Réaumur and Rue Montmartre. It is a few minutes away from Les Halles, in the heart of the famous pedestrian Montorgueil Area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Marais, the Seine River, to the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de la Cité, to the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre Museum. From its adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the historic most known parks in Paris there is a fine perspective - the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction. The Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass' pyramid of the Louvre in the other. This 25m2 studio is located on the 4th floor of a 18th century building with an elevator (not working before november 2007) and a code system. There is wooden floor every where, except in the shower room and the kitchen. Walls are white painted and there is wooden beams on the ceiling. Exposure is southwest, overlooking a courtyard. The door leads throw a narrow corridor onto the 18m2 main room, with the kitchen corner on the left-hand side. On the left hand side of the living room is the shower room with the WC. The main room has a window and is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 wide), 2 bedside tables, 3 lamps, one armchair, a chair, 2 stools and a large cupboard with hangers. There is also a TV. The kitchen corner has a bar table, 2 electric plaques with a cook hood, an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle. The shower room has a window and is equipped with a shower compartment, a WC and a washbasin with a mirror. The apartment has a washing machine An Internet connection is available. Nearest metro station is Sentier, line 3.
