The interior photos are from a model apartment in the building. The model apartment is representative of both the quality and style of apartments offered at this location. This apartment is in a low-rise elevator building in Midtown West, somewhat of a rarity in a prewar construction. While the great views outside your window might be the first thing you notice about your new apartment at West 51st Street and 9th Avenue in Manhattan, you will also be dazzled by the amenities of the space. Offering hardwood flooring and two bedrooms with queen sized beds, this unit features a shared roof deck, ideal for a sunset or a leisurely Sunday. The building also has laundry facilities, eliminating the need to spend any of your time in NYC at the Laundromat as well as a shared rooftop deck!
There is plenty of room to relax in your Midtown West apartment, with a leather couch to spread out on in the living room and a dining area for everyone to gather around. If you’re taking a break from one of the world class restaurants in the area with some home cooking, you’ll be impressed with the quality of the appliances in the kitchen.
One of New York’s most iconic landmarks, Times Square is a pleasant walk from your two bedroom. Featuring some of the city’s more famous buildings and great dining and shopping, the area is a must-visit. Midtown West is also well known for its great nightlife. Many Broadway and Off-Broadway shows call the area home, and there is an excellent selection of bars and clubs to choose from. Of course, perhaps the best place in New York City to spend an afternoon, Central Park, is also in walking distance. Whether you want to jog or bike around one of the many paths, share a romantic carriage ride, or enjoy a sunny afternoon outside with a magazine, this is the place to do it. For a relaxed dinner on your way home try the truffle macaroni and cheese or a sandwich with homemade potato chips at Vynl, just down the block.
Thanks to the many transit options nearby, moving about the city quickly is simple and straightforward. Blocks away from each other, there are two different stations nearby on 50th Street, the C and E at 8th Avenue and the 1 train at Broadway. Both offer service to the West Side of Manhattan and include stops with many transfer options, such as Times Square. The N, Q, and R trains stop at 49th Street and Broadway and are also a short walk away.

The apartment cleaning and corridors building ones was not good. We also have to wait a week (of 5) for a proper bed and we ourselves bought the TV remote control because there was not one at the apartment and never appear it. |
