The bedroom was comfortable and clean, however there was mold on the shower curtain and seals. Shower head was broken. Nothing worked in the extremely worn out kitchen: no hot water, oven is out of order, only one defective hotplate. Besides, the landlady took 200 dollars from my deposit because the kitchen sink was cracked. No fire alarm in the bedroom. |

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was. And the neighborhood is amazing ! It's close to so many subways and you can walk anywhere in less than 20 minutes. |

Clean and spacious room with a big bathroom. The apartment is located in a very good neighborhood with nearly all New York subway lines serving it, so it's very quick and convenient when you want to go to Manhattan. |

I did not think I would get so lucky with an apartment in New York, for such a good price. The room was very large and had everything I needed. There was even a small garden and a washer/dryer room. |
