This apartment is very comfortable, very well-equipped and nicely decorated. The landlady was always available and she cared about our well-being. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is rare in a city like New York. The subway is a 2-minute walk and a small supermarket is a 3-minute walk. To sum up, we do not regret our choice to rent this vacation rental!

Strong points: decor, cleanliness, comfortable beds, kitchen fittings, owner's welcome (documentation, information, courtesy...), air conditioning, fairly quiet street, close to a supermarket and a baker's (2 minutes away), and to a subway station (5 min.)

No weak point, but the apartment is to be recommended to people who stay for several days in New York as for a very short stay, it is better to choose accommodation in Manhattan so you don't spend too much time in the subway (G line not very well served on Sundays for example)

We really enjoyed Virginie and her family. They were warm, friendly and made the most of their short stay.
They were respectful of the space and left it clean and super tidy. I would recommend them without doubt.
