Ideally located studio in Saint Germain des Pres between Boulevard Saint Germain and Rue de Grenelle.
This studio is located on the sixth French floor of a building from the late 19th century, facing east and having a security code system at nights and weekends and an intercom/camera. There is a concierge and the elevator only goes up to the fifth floor. The studio can accommodate two persons.
The layout is as follows: main entry leads directly to the living room/bedroom, the kitchen and bathroom are to the left side. The décor is modern.
The living room/bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, a coffee table, a stereo system, two floor lamps, a TV, a table/desk, a chair, bookshelves, three small lamps, a radio/alarm clock, a phone, a clothes rack, built in shelves, two folding chairs and some decorative items. The walls are off white and there are two and half windows with blinds overlooking the street.
A DSL Internet connection is available.
The open kitchen is equipped with an electric inlaid 2-burners stove with exhaust fan, a fridge, an electric mini oven, a toaster, two overhead lamps, a stainless steel sink, a small lamp and shelves and cabinets containing some kitchen utensils. The walls are off white and parquet wooden floor.
The bathroom has a shower cabin protected by glass doors, a sink with upper glass shelf and mirror and bottom tiled shelf, a towel rack and a toilet. The walls are off white with partial white tiles, white tiled floor and there is a skylight window.
Situated in the historical district of Saint Germain des Pres with its elegant, trendy streets known for the many stylish fashion shops, antiques' shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants, pubs and cinemas. After World War II, St. Germain-des-Pres became synonymous with intellectual life centered around bars and cafes. Within a short walking distance to the Seine River and the delightful Ile Saint Louis and not far from Luxembourg gardens. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood
The closet metro station is Rue du Bac- line 12.

I rented from July 2 to August 31, 2012. First, the good. The apartment is located in a beautiful building in a beautiful section of the 7th District and is surrounded by numerous botique and designer shops, restaurants, and beautiful grocery stores. |

Thank you for the apartment, I really like the treatment that the owner gave us, the studio was situated in an excellent area and building, the only thing that did not work as well was the heater for the shower but from that everything was great. |
