This fully furnished four bedroom villa is attached to another villa in the Aix en Provence region of Provence in the South of France. The entire apartment is one level and has laundry facilities on-site.
Please Note: Only 3 of 4 bedrooms are available during the rental. A fourth bedroom with ensuite shower room and private entrance can be at your disposal upon request.
Enter the villa via an entrance hall that leads to an open living room with exposed beam ceilings, tiled floors, and corner fireplace. There are two couches in the room and a dining room table with seating for ten. Seating is also available around the hearth of the fireplace on large cushions and pillows. From the living room through the glass sliding doors you can access the courtyard and terrace with pergola covering. A café style table for four is out here and a larger traditional size table for four as well – both perfect spots to enjoy some outdoor dining.
Back inside the apartment near the Living Room is the Kitchen. With its countryside charm this all white kitchen is fully equipped. Another table for six can be found on one side of the room.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with double beds and has ensuite private bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a desk, dresser and a view of the courtyard from its window. Bedroom 2 also has a window overlooking the courtyard and Bedroom 3 has a small desk and a wall of closets.
Bathroom 1 has a tub shower, double sinks with wall mirror overhead, and cabinet storage. Bathroom 2 has a tub with handheld showerhead and two wall hanging sinks. A door in this room leads outside. Bathroom 3 is almost found directly in Bedroom 2. A step up from the bedroom area brings you to a stall shower and sinks with overhead hanging mirror. Here is a separate WC for the villa.
Two swings and a trampoline are at your disposal.
A private parking space is available. The furnished four bedroom villa is surrounded by one of the most enchanting landscapes around Aix-en-Provence. The private estate is shared with some neighbors but the garden and the swimming pool are private and not overlooked.
Made famous by Cézanne’s art, the landscapes of this region have become iconic. Aix en Provence, in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center. The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ‘ Parc Régional du Luberon’. Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
To access the villa it is 40 km from Marseilles and 65 km from Avignon. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix). If flying is your preference you can go through Marseilles Provence Airport (15 min drive).
