This Mas is a 200 year old farmhouse with more than 500 m2 of living surface surrounded by a garden and a vineyard. A swimming pool and a tennis court is at the disposition of occupants. It can accomodate up to 14 people.
Kitchen :
The Mas has a spacious, beautiful kitchen, equipped with a Bocuse stove ( double oven and 5 gas burners) , dishwasher and fridge. A large provençal fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The large farm table seats 12 people.
Dining Room :
A dining room is furnished with antique furniture and some well integrated modern elements.
Living Room :
A pleasant sitting room with comfortable settees and concert piano gives onto the gardens. Art is omnipresent in the house with paintings and sculptures.

2 bedrooms with a single bed
1 bedroom with 2 beds
1 bed in a mezzanine ( to be used as a spare bed )
There is a shower in 2 of the double bedrooms , a shower accessible for 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath tub and a shower to be shared and 3 toilets.
The Mas is available for family gatherings or for groups of friends to be let per week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside :
You will enjoy the large garden including a tennis court and a swimming pool.
Neighborhood :
Sourrounded by a ten acre vineyard, the mas is nestled in a cosy hollow near Pourrieres and Trets. The small village of Pourrieres is at reasonable walking distance..
There is a daily market in the neaby town of St Maximim la Ste Baume.
20 minutes drive, east from Aix en Provence, 40 minutes drive from Marseille. The location is also ideal to take day trips to the French Riviera, or short trips to the Mount Sainte Victoire, famous for it’s landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ‘ Parc Régional du Luberon’.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).

25 km from Aix en Provence , 55 km from Marseilles.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
