This entirely refurbished village house is located in the lovely village of Cucuron, near Ansouis and Lourmarin , Luberon region.

This 3 bedroom - 2 bathoom house can accommodate up to 6 people.It is tastefully decorated.

The house is on three levels and has a double access (by 2 distinct streets). As this part of the village is on a hill, both the garden level and the 1st floor are on a street level.

First floor :


You enter the property via the spacious lounge furnished with two double sofas, a coffee table, a large rectangle dining table and a two large book-shelves.

There is stereo.

Next to the living room is the open kitchen equipped with most necessary utensils and house ware : vitro-ceramic hot plates, multifunction microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer and dishwasher.(also available : toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker).

Both the living room and the kitchen have access to a large balcony overlooking the garden, with nice views onto the village and the hills.

Second Floor :


And elegant staircase gives access to the second floor. You access the bedrooms and bathroom via a small office space.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bed-side tables and a large wardrobe.

There is a TV with DVD player and a window overlooking the garden.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe.

There is a window opening onto a quiet street of the village.

These bedrooms share a bathroom with a washbasin, a tub, a French bidet and a toilet.

Garden Level :


From the living room a staircase gives access to the garden level were you will find a large stone vaulted bedroom with a double convertible sofa-bed and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, stall shower and toilet (a washing machine is also available).

A large bay window gives access to the small garden planted with trees and lawn. It is ornamented by a nice decorative fountain (with small fishes). Some garden furniture is available.

From the garden you have direct access to the street were you will find is a private parking for 2 cars in front of the property.(garden level side entrance).

Neighbourhood :

The house is on a quiet street of the village within short walking distance from cafés, restaurants, boutiques and art galleries.

In the heart of the village of Cucuron you will find the very authentic "Place de l'Etang" (a lovely square with a pond, shaded by ancestral plane trees.).

You will also discover historic sites such as « les Remparts », « Le donjon Saint Michel » and « la Tour Sus-Pous ».

Cucuron,Vaucluse is a nice village in the South Luberon region, famous for it's landscapes and villages overlooking the valley and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.

A few miles away, the villages of Ansouis and Lourmarin are a unique combination of historic buildings, natural surroundings and a feeling of spaciousness. Surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards and lavender fields.

Access :

70 km from Marseilles, 8 km from Pertuis, 40 km from Aix en Provence, 60 km from Avignon and 35 km from Cavaillon.

You can get to Cucuron by road or by train (TGV to Avignon or Aix). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.

Our family of six were delighted with lovely quaint house in Cucuron, France. We were comfortable with the beds and kitchen. There is a small grocery across the street. During our week stay, we planned to take long drives, such as to Monte Carlo. We loved the little Cucuron village, and the surrounding hills and preferred staying within a 100 mile radius [...]
