South France Accommodation - 5 Bedroom Rental in Eygalières, Provence (PR-1278)

This is a 300 m2 (around 3230 square-foot) 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Mas located in Eygalières, 2 km (around 1 mile) from the village center, at the foot of the Alpilles mountains. This vacation rental can be found at the intersection of Chemin des grands jardins and Route de la Gare. The property is set in a typical Provencal landscape amidst vineyards, lavender, and olive trees. You will find it beside a country road, in a 1-hectare (about 2.5 acre) garden planted with trees and fruit.

On the ground floor (equivalent to the first floor in the USA) of this short term rental, you will find an entrance/living room where sit two sofas, a coffee table, and a desk. Beyond this first room, you will find another living room. This bright and spacious area features a fireplace, three sofas, a coffee table, a TV with a soundbar, and Hifi. Glass doors in both this dining area and kitchen open up to a terrace and swimming pool area that has all the amenities of a pool house. This beautiful 13.5 by 5.5 meter (around 35 by 20 foot) pool, which has an electric roller shutter for optimum safety and water temperature maintenance. The outdoor space has a second, equipped kitchen, tables for lunch and dinner, deck chairs, a hammock, a hanging chair and swing, plus a shower room with a toilet. This outdoor area also has a view of the lavender- and olive-clad landscape. Century-old lime and plane trees provide a welcome coolness in the summer, as you listen to the cicadas sing. A wifi connection with external relay is available throughout the property, as well as around the pool. Outside the accommodation is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is parking for five cars, and the house has a security system.

You will find four more bedrooms upstairs, each with air conditioning. The master bedroom features a double-size bed with a private bathroom that is equipped with a sink, shower, bathtub, bench, toilet, and bidet. Two of the other bedrooms have double-size beds as well, and one has two single-size beds that can be joined to create a queen-size bed. The remaining two bathrooms are separate–one has a shower and toilet, while one features only a toilet.
