The apartment is in a prime location in the heart of Harlem. There are many amenities in close proximity including the renowned Sylvia's and Red Rooster's restaurants, as well as the world-famous Apollo theater. The 2/3 subway is roughly 3 blocks away, providing easy access to the entire island. The landlord is very professional and accommodating of his tenants' interests and desires. |
