The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and flat-screen TV. There is a big window, which gives you nice natural light. Some apartments even feature a balcony. The separate kitchen with granite countertops is equipped with the basic appliances. On the opposite side of the kitchen you will find the bathroom whit bathtub and shower. To the right of the bathroom is the bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. This serviced apartment has the benefits of an in-unit washer and dryer, a full time doorman, shared gym, work center and conference room.
Midtown east is located in the commercial area of Manhattan. This area has many well-known landmarks like Grand Central Station and Bryant Park with the Public Library, located only 4 blocks away from your one bedroom apartment. The district you are staying in is named Kips Bay, which is named after a Dutch settler Jacobus Hendrickson Kip whose farm was in this district. Nowadays you can find plenty of shops and restaurants along the riverside like The Water Club (1 block away) and Riverpark (2 blocks away). The closest subway station is 33 Street / Park Avenue South (4 blocks away) and runs the 6 line which will take you uptown all the way to the Bronx or downtown to lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
