Description
3 Bedroom Apartment Rental in Brooklyn (NY-15573)
3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 4

Enjoy your own (shared) backyard in this three bedroom apartment, located in the Cypress Hills section of Brooklyn. The fully furnished apartment is located on the top floor of a 2-story townhouse and under one block from the J and Z subway station at Norwood Avenue.

Please note that this apartment can be rented either as a whole private apartment or as an apartment share with roommates. In the latter case, only the bedroom will be private during your stay, while the common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom) will be shared.

Each of the three similarly sized bedrooms has a full size bed and a closet, making the apartment perfect for roommate share situations. There is an additional full size convertible sofa bed in the living room, which has the kitchen lining one wall and three backyard-facing windows on another.  Bedroom 1 is also equipped with a mini fridge for food storage.

The kitchen has lovely chestnut cabinets and a full array of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, etc). The tiled backsplash and floor make for super-easy clean up. There are plenty of seating options between the dining table and the matching sofa - chair set. The bathroom is situated near the entrance, and there is also an additional storage closet near here as well.

This three bedroom furnished rental is situated on one of Brooklyn’s more residential areas, off the intersection of Hale and Ridgewood Avenues.

  • One pleasant aspect of this area is Highland Park, just two blocks north. The Brooklyn-Queens Greenway winds through this park, connecting it with the huge Forest Park to the east, offering a pleasant option for bike rides and nature walks.
  • Nearby on Fulton Street, you can find a variety of food including Caribbean, Chinese and even pizza. If you would rather eat at home, pick up groceries at Arlington Deli & Grill, right outside the subway station.
  • There are plenty of other things do in Brooklyn, from the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM, 5.1 mi/8.2km) to the swanky Barclays Center (5.2mi/8.3km, 12 subway stops away), home to the Brooklyn Nets’ basketball games and other events, including concerts.

Hop on the J or Z train at Norwood Avenue / Fulton Street (.1mi/190m), serving two elevated lines that allow you to admire the NYC skyline every day! Travel to Downtown Manhattan is easy, with the trip lasting roughly 35 minutes.

I shared an apartment with someone else during 10 months. The place was great and we never felt cramped. It is comfortable, very well-equipped and Bernardine took care of us, giving advice and helping us during our procedures. The house is a typical Brooklyn house, with its front steps, small garden and wood panelling, which add charm to the place. We occupied the 1st floor. And all of this is one block away, or a 5-minute walk, (which will be greatly appreciated during winter) from Norwood subway station which takes you directly to Downtown Manhattan in 45 min, with a beautiful view as this is an elevated railway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 92 Hale Avenue! This apartment offers so much space and sunlight, and is definitely the most space you will find for the price. The apartment is only three blocks aways from the train and 20 minutes away from downtown Manhattan, which was a major plus for us. In addition, the homeowner is a great landlord, she was super helpful and was willing to work with us as we needed to extend our stay with short notice. Keep in mind this a family home, and that means being thoughtful about noise, etc.... It was so nice to have our landlord give us extra bedding and cleaning supplies throughout our stay. Has everything you would expect, A great option for long and short term. Go for it!

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to spend your holidays, it mixes the comfort of a five star hotel and your own home. The owner is a special lady that provides besides material things as towels, blankets, cookware, friendship and kindness.

The location is good enough to go to Manhattan or stay in Brooklyn where you have everything you need to get the daily groceries, go shopping or get fun at night time.
