This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
Conveniently situated in the heart of Clinton (or Midtown West, as some call it) at West 51st Street and 9th Avenue, this attractive one bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you need for your stay in New York City. The apartments are in a 6-story elevator building which also has some great extras: shared laundry facilities as a rooftop terrace accessible to all the building's tenants!
The comfortable living room features a table and chairs and a plush couch that can fold out into a bed when needed, perfect for both putting your feet up at the end of a busy day in the city and for any spur of the moment guests. There is also an open kitchen provided for those who enjoy cooking, although the world class restaurants just a few blocks away will certainly tempt you to order delivery! Thoughtfully decorated, the apartment is also characterized by hardwood floors, giving the space a rustic, yet modern aura.
Clinton is one of Manhattan's most prized residential neighborhoods, and it's easy to see why. A great place to hear some live music after a great dinner is Jazz at Lincoln Center, a short walk from your one bedroom. With live performers and a throwback ambiance, this iconic institution is perfect for enjoying a unique and atmospheric evening out.
Central Park, perhaps New York's most famous patch of green, is also a short distance away. Whether you want to bike or jog around one of the many paths available, or just enjoy a takeout lunch and people-watch, Central Park is the perfect destination.
Maybe you're just looking for a good meal in the neighborhood. Regardless of the cuisine you crave, it's probably not far from your apartment! You can find everything from ramen and empanadas to truffle macaroni and cheese on 9th Avenue, and Restaurant Row on 46th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues is also close.
When it's time to get out and see NYC or get some work done you will be pleased with the abundance of transit options in the vicinity. Two of the closest train stations are the A, C, and E stop at 50th Street and 8th Avenue and the 1 train stop at 50th Street and Broadway. These trains go to various destinations in Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs, and more options are just a transfer away.

The apartment location was perfect for our six weeks in New York. We loved the rooftop access. It was a great place to relax at the end of the day while enjoying the New York skyline. The laundry facilities were clean and in good repair. It was easy to work with New York Habitat and any requests were handled promptly. (Our apartment did not have a smoke detector. That problem was handled quickly, and a new detector was installed.)
