The contemporary two bedroom home sits on the top floor of a walk-up three-story (considered 2-story in Europe) house. It presents hard wood floors, large windows, and plenty of closet space. Modern accessories are supplied.
In the living room, a large flat-screen television faces a queen-sized convertible sofa bed, providing comfortable indoor entertainment and accommodation for any overnight guest. Two windows allow some natural light to illuminate the room. This room incorporates enough floor space and amenities to easily entertain guests and live comfortably as a New Yorker.

Granite countertops present an elegant and easy environment to prepare food. Most cooking amenities are supplied, and a window allows ventilation.
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. Here, one queen-sized bed is placed near two large windows. It has a closet space. Please note that there is no TV in that bedroom anymore.
Bedroom 2 is next to the living room. The small space includes two single-sized bunk beds and some closet space. A window provides ventilation.
The bathroom is accessible either directly via bedroom 1 or through the hall corridor with the stairwell. A combination bathtub and shower are available for use. One window provides ventilation. Some cabinet space and a toilet are supplied.
