This is a small but cozy studio in the heart of the Harlem, perfect for exploring a neighborhood that is recovering its former lively and artistic vibe.

Charles, the landlord, couldn't have been more helpful, fullfilling his duties with efficiency and diligence.

Overall, I highly recommend this studio for students or single profesionales that want to live in Manhattan for an affordable price.

The apartment is really tiny, you can see that, but because it's tiny, it doesn't have much to it, basically a basement apartment with a bathroom, a twin bed and a kitchen. Entrance is challenging, not a proper banister. Price was right so a good trade off. Apartment would be good for a single young person who is looking to stay in NY, a student or someone coming to work for an internship.

Thank you Glenn for choosing my apartment. It is indeed a compact basement apartment, well-adapted to students or others coming to New York and looking for a place to stay. I hope that the pictures online made this clear to you and that you enjoyed your stay.
