The apartment:
The apartment has several thoughtful features that make it interesting to potential tenants. There is a small balcony off of the living room and bedroom, which offer a views of the street.
Also, wireless Internet is available in the apartment. Finally with the Murphy bed in the bedroom and French doors opening into the bedroom there is plenty of room in the apartment to have friends over for dinner at night while using the office during the day for work.
The neighborhood:
With in .5 kilometers there are 30 restaurants, which have been rated by the Michelin Guide. Some of the top choices near the apartment include Pierre Gagnaire which features three stars from Michelin guide and features French food just across the street from the apartment and Rue Balzac which is co-owned by Claude Bouillion and rock star Johnny Hallyday also just around the corner from the apartment .
