This one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Paris’ art community: Montmartre. The building features a shared roof terrace, which afford views of the Eiffel Tower, the Georges Pompidou Centre and Montparnasse Tower.

In this latest episode of “Guess the Apartment Price” we ask our readers to look at the information about this one-bedroom apartment and make their best guess about how much this apartment costs on a monthly basis. This accommodation is located on the ground floor of an elevator-equipped building which features a shared roof terrace and a courtyard space. The terrace is accessible via the elevator and one flight of stairs and offers 360-degree views of the city. 

The apartment has about 450 square feet of living space, which includes an open living room and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bathroom that includes a washing machine. The apartment also has many windows, providing good light and air circulation.
