This is one of those unique properties in New York where you don’t have to share the building with anyone else. The townhouse consists of four complete floors of living space which have been restored to their 19th century look and feel with added modern conveniences.

For the third installment of our Guess the Price feature, we take a deeper look at a newly listed accommodation that has been meticulously restored to include its former 19th century charm.
