The greatest asset of this apartment is the roof terrace. The shared outdoor space offers a great bird’s eye view of the city well above all of the activity below. The townhouse:

This is one of those unique properties in New York where you don’t have to share the building with anyone else. The townhouse consists of four complete floors of living space which have been restored to their 19th century look and feel with added modern conveniences.
