I am the owner of a nice studio in Cannes that I’d like to list with New York Habitat. Before doing so though, I have one question: can I list my studio even if I’m not as yet sure of the exact dates it will be available for? My daughter lives in the studio during schoolyear, but it should be available this summer while she’s travelling. Also, is it ok to rent it out during shorter breaks such as Christmas or February school holidays?
